Job Description:
SeeAhead is seeking entry level to senior level research analysts/industry analysts to carry out research & analysis on various facets of Energy & Power sector in the Indian milieu. |
|
| These analysts would use a wide variety of skills to carry out exploratory research in the Energy & Power sector so as to facilitate the implementation of one or many strategically important assignments. Area of research could include industry segmentation, capital equipments sourcing strategy including import feasibility, financial, legal, regulatory & other aspects of the industry etc |
|
| Depending on experience, these individuals may do one or more of the following on a typical day: |
|
|
Gather, summarize & interpret primary & secondary data from a variety of public & private sources |
|
|
Engaging with various industry bodies & organizations in the power sector as a means of conducting research through interviews, attending meetings etc. |
|
|
Strategic client interfacing along with the sales team |
|
|
Using research to develop innovative ideas & strategies for sales & marketing |
|
|
Developing & presenting recommendations to the client management team |
|
|
| Requirements: |
|
|
You could be a graduate in Economics or Engineering or Commerce with distinction |
|
|
MBA would be an added advantage |
|
|
Minimum 4 years of professional experience with exposure to Power sector in any capacity |
|
|
Good understanding of business, financial, economic , legal & technical concepts in power sector |
|
|
Ability to rapidly assimilate & digest substantial amount of information & learn new skills |
|
|
Excellent critical thinking, communication & creative writing skills |
